What does this service involve? We will shampoo your hair with a special shampoo, blow it dry, apply the Keratin product and allow it to process, then blow it dry. Your hair will be flat-ironed smooth to infuse the product into your hair shaft. That’s it! You must NOT wash your hair or let your hair get wet for 72 hours (3 full days) following the service. During this time you may not wear ponytails, clips, or tuck the hair behind the ears. At the end of the 72 hour waiting period, simply wash your hair with a sodium chloride-free shampoo and blow it dry.
